About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

EOG Resources initiated and is operating a carbon capture and storage (CCS) pilot project at one of its natural gas processing facilities. The project captures CO2 at the source, compresses and transports it, and injects it into the subsurface for permanent geologic storage. It prioritizes pure stream CO2 emissions sources as part of efforts to reduce Scope 1 emissions. Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
