About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

ADM operates a carbon capture and storage project at its corn processing complex in Columbus, Nebraska, capturing biogenic CO2 from ethanol production. The captured CO2 is transported via Tallgrass's Trailblazer pipeline for permanent sequestration in eastern Wyoming. Operations commenced in November 2025, making it the world's largest bioethanol carbon capture facility with capacity to sequester approximately 800,000 metric tons of CO2 annually. Evidence: "ADM (NYSE: ADM), a global leader in innovative solutions from nature, today marked the start of operations for a new carbon capture and storage project at its Columbus, Nebraska Corn Processing Complex, making the complex the largest bioethanol carbon capture facility in the world." — https://www.adm.com/en-us/news/news-releases/2025/11/adm-tallgrass-celebrate-opening-of-worlds-largest-bioethanol-carbon-capture-facility-in-columbus-nebraska/
