About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Enbridge is developing a 365 MW solar plus 200 MW/1,600 MWh battery storage project in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to serve Meta's regional data center load. This expands their North American partnership to approximately 1.6 GW contracted capacity, with service expected by end of 2027. Evidence: "Enbridge is developing a major solar and battery energy storage project in Wyoming to support Meta’s data center operations. The first phase of the Cowboy Project expands Enbridge’s partnership with Meta, which now totals approximately 1.6 gigawatts (GW) of contracted capacity across North America." — https://www.enbridge.com/stories/2026/may/enbridge-meta-expand-partnership-cowboy-project-solar-plus-battery-storage
