Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions (DS) Division installed 16 new Regenerative Catalytic Systems (RCS) on 4 production line buildings for integrated treatment of process gases. By 2024, a total of 52 RCS units were operational across semiconductor manufacturing sites to reduce Scope 1 GHG emissions from fluorinated process gases.
