About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Naturgy operates the Elena Plant in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Spain, producing biomethane from biogas obtained from municipal solid waste and injecting it into the distribution network. This was the first injection of renewable gas from landfill into the Spanish distribution network. Evidence: "the Elena Plant in Cerdanyola del Vallès, which produces biomethane from biogas obtained from municipal solid waste and marked a milestone in the energy transition in Spain with the first injection of renewable gas from landfill into the distribution network" — https://www.naturgy.com/en/about-us-naturgy/the-energy/gas/renewable-gas/
