About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

GAR has built and operates seven biogas plants to capture waste methane from POME at mills in Central Kalimantan, Jambi, and Riau. The biogas is harnessed as renewable energy to power the mills, reducing operational GHG emissions. Evidence: "Our seven biogas plants situated across Central Kalimantan, Jambi and Riau, have been proven to reduce GHG emissions in our operations." — https://www.goldenagri.com.sg/harnessing-biogas-in-palm-oil-production/

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
