NTPC Renewable Energy Limited executed a Green Ammonia Purchase Agreement (GAPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for supply of 70,000 MTPA of green ammonia under the SIGHT Scheme. The project uses renewable energy for green hydrogen/ammonia production, enabling insetting in the value chain for decarbonization of industrial sectors.
