About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

NYK Bulk & Projects Carriers Ltd. took delivery of and operates the methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier Green Future, the NYK Group's first such vessel. It has conducted voyages using low-carbon biomethanol fuel, achieving approximately 65% well-to-wake GHG emissions reduction compared to conventional fuel on specific routes for customers like BHP. Evidence: "NYK Bulk & Projects Carriers Ltd. (“NBP”), a member of the NYK Group, has successfully operated the methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier “Green Future” (“vessel”) using low-carbon methanol fuel, achieving an approximately 65% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on a well-to-wake basis* compared to conventional fuel" — https://www.nyk.com/english/news/2026/20260212_01.html
