About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Evonik is installing and operating a pilot PEM electrolyzer at its Herne site in Germany to produce green hydrogen from renewable electricity for use in isophoronediamine (IPDA) production, a key material for wind turbine rotor blades. The project tests industrial-scale integration to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in own operations. Evidence: "Evonik is investing in a pilot electrolyzer at its site in Herne (Germany) to produce green hydrogen as a starting product for isophorone diamine (IPDA)." — https://www.evonik.com/en/news/press-releases/2023/04/pilot-electrolysis-plant-in-herne--green-hydrogen-for-wind-energ.html

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
