About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

MBRF incentivizes and finances solar PV installations at integrated poultry and swine producers' farms through a R$200 million credit line agreement with Banco do Brasil at reduced rates. By 2024-2025, over 60% of poultry and swine production volume (from ~4,000 producers across multiple Brazilian states and Turkey) is powered by on-site solar, reducing Scope 3 upstream emissions in the value chain. Evidence: "One of the main drivers is an agreement with Banco do Brasil, which offers R$ 200 million in credit at reduced rates to finance solar energy systems." — https://www.mbrf.com/en/noticia/more-than-60-of-mbrfs-poultry-and-swine-production-volume-is-already-powered-by-solar-energy/
