About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

MetLife Investment Management (MIM), a subsidiary of MetLife, Inc., partnered to install a 2.2 MW rooftop and car canopy solar array plus 510 kWh battery energy storage system at the Intersect office campus in Irvine, California. The project will generate over 3.5 million kWh of clean energy annually, covering approximately 74% of the campus's energy needs on-site. This is an on-site renewable energy installation for MetLife's real estate operations. Evidence: "MetLife Investment Management (MIM) has signed an agreement with DSD Renewables to install a 2.2-megawatt solar project and 510 kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Intersect, a creative campus-style office property in Irvine, California." — https://www.renewableenergymagazine.com/panorama/mim-and-pggm-announce-major-solar-project-20240209
