About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Dow signed a 15-year solar power purchase agreement with Atlas Renewable Energy for supply from the 187 MWp Jacarandá photovoltaic plant in Bahia, Brazil. The PPA provides over 440 GWh per year of renewable energy, primarily for Dow's operations, starting in the first half of 2021 to reduce Scope 2 emissions. Evidence: "Atlas Renewable Energy ... along with ... Dow ... announced today the signing of a large-scale solar energy contract in Brazil. The clean energy supply will be through the Jacaranda photovoltaic solar plant ... expected to supply over 440GWh per year that will mostly be used to serve Dow under a 15-year duration contract, with offtake starting in the first half of 2021." — https://atlasrenewableenergy.com/news-and-insights/atlas-renewable-energy-and-dow-announce-the-signing-of-a-solar-energy-ppa-in-brazil/
