About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Daikin developed and installed its JIZAI HEAT circulating heating heat pump at one of its own manufacturing facilities to replace a gas-combustion boiler for high-temperature process water. This electrification and fuel-switching project reduces process-related CO2 emissions through on-site energy efficiency improvements. Evidence: "In 2022, based on an improvement proposal from the factory, Daikin developed a new circulating heating heat pump with high heating capacity called JIZAI HEAT and replaced the factory’s gas-combustion boiler. ... its annual CO2 emissions were lowered by approximately 86%." — https://www.daikin.com/-/media/Project/Daikin/daikin_com/sustainability/2025/pdf/report/03_feature-pdf.pdf?rev=-1&hash=93587F417276C9F3676C631BE157731E
