MISC Berhad formed a joint venture with PETRONAS CCS Ventures and MOL to develop and own Liquefied Carbon Dioxide (LCO2) carriers for cross-border CO2 transportation as part of advancing CCS solutions. The JV completed FEED for a 62,000 cubic meter LCO2 carrier design. Evidence: "Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), PETRONAS CCS Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (PCCSV) and MISC BERHAD (MISC) today announced the incorporation of a strategic joint venture (JV), Jules Nautica Sdn. Bhd.
