About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
TE Connectivity installed a 1.1 MW solar energy system across rooftops and carports at its factory in Lamphun, Thailand. The system generates 1.2 million kWh annually, covering about 15% of the site's energy use and reducing emissions by approximately 520 tons per year. This on-site renewable project supports TE's goal of sourcing over 80% renewable electricity. Evidence: "There, a 1.1-megawatt solar energy system installed across rooftops and carports generates 1.2 million kWh of electricity annually – approximately 15% of the site's annual energy use – and reduces emissions by about 520 tons a year." — https://investors.te.com/news-releases/press-release-details/2026/TE-Connectivity-exceeds-2025-corporate-responsibility-goals/default.aspx
