About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Logicross Zama Komatsubara logistics facility (completed March 2022), owned by Mitsubishi Estate, installed rooftop solar panels for in-house consumption, achieving Japan's first ZEB certification for the company. This on-site renewable project reduces energy consumption and emissions in the company's logistics operations. Evidence: "Logicross Zama Komatsubara (completed in March 2022), one of the Logicross logistics facilities Mitsubishi Estate develops, obtained Zero Energy Building (ZEB) certification, a first for Mitsubishi Estate, by utilizing an in-house consumption scheme using electricity generated with the facility’s solar panels." — https://mec.disclosure.site/e/sustainability/activities/environment/climate-change/
