Partnership to develop and operate ultra-efficient, waterless data centers on MERLIN-owned land bank with PUE of 1.15, 100% renewable electricity, and carbon-neutral design. Facilities in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Lisbon and new campuses in Extremadura reduce energy overhead by up to 74% versus average European data centers. Evidence: "to build a major network of ultra-efficient, waterless data centers in the cities of Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona and Lisbon, within MERLIN’s existing land bank. ...
