MonotaRO signed an on-site PPA agreement with Prologis for rooftop solar power generation at the planned Mito Distribution Center. The project involves installing solar panels on the facility rooftop for self-consumption, marking MonotaRO's first on-site PPA at a company-owned logistics site. Operations are targeted to begin in April 2028 following construction start in 2025.
