About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Tokyu Corporation partnered to develop and procure renewable electricity from new solar power plants via off-site corporate PPAs to supply iconic facilities including Shibuya Stream, Minami-Machida Grandberry Park, and Tokyu Kabukicho Tower. The initiative uses power from eight solar plants with total capacity of approximately 9,000 kW, directly reducing CO2 emissions in the company's real estate and urban development operations. Evidence: "GDsPJ's power generation capacity at eight power plants nationwide totals approximately 9,000 kW, and the introduction of renewable energy at these three facilities will reduce CO2 emissions by a total of 24,000 tons." — https://tokyu.disclosure.site/en/202/
