About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Daiichi Sankyo Chemical Pharma's Onahama Plant in Japan installed a 3.3-MW solar photovoltaic system that began operation in December 2020. A new administration building completed in March 2023 achieved the group's first Nearly ZEB certification, combining energy efficiency measures and on-site solar generation to reduce energy consumption by 78%. Evidence: "At Daiichi Sankyo Onahama Plant, we completed construction of a new office building in March 2023 and acquired the Daiichi Sankyo Group’s first Nearly ZEB *2 certification... This office generates electricity using solar power and saves energy by effectively combining high-efficiency air conditioning, water heating, and lighting equipment, thereby cutting standard building energy consumption by 78%" — https://www.daiichisankyo.com/sustainability/the_environment/climate_strategy/
