Swire Properties piloted and operationalized a Photovoltaic, Energy Storage, Direct Current, and Flexible (PEDF) power distribution system at Building N15 and RED in Taikoo Li Sanlitun, Beijing. The system includes on-site PV, energy storage, and bi-directional EV chargers, expanding to other sites like Taikoo Hui Guangzhou. It reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions by approximately 10% compared to conventional systems.
