About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Qenos and Santos are conducting a feasibility study to supply up to 2 PJ of hydrogen per year to Qenos' Port Botany operations in New South Wales, Australia. The project aims to use hydrogen as a clean-burning fuel to replace fossil fuels in the steam cracking process for polyethylene production, dramatically reducing carbon emissions. It also investigates hydrogen's role in Qenos' advanced recycling initiatives to advance a circular economy.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
