About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Qenos and Santos are conducting a feasibility study to supply up to 2 petajoules of hydrogen annually to Qenos' Port Botany operations in New South Wales, Australia, for use as a clean-burning fuel in process energy, replacing fossil fuels. The project also evaluates integrating hydrogen into Qenos' advanced recycling efforts to tackle plastic waste and foster a circular economy. This initiative seeks to dramatically cut carbon emissions in polyethylene production, supporting net-zero goals.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
