About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Veolia operates and is upgrading its district heating network in Poznań, Poland, with a new multi-energy cogeneration plant replacing coal-fired units. The project supplies heat to 60% of the city's 560,000 residents, achieves 92% efficiency, and reduces CO2 emissions by up to 260,000 tons per year while eliminating over 300,000 tons of coal annually. It is part of Veolia's broader plan to fully phase out coal from the network by 2030 using biomethane, hydrogen, geothermal, and other sources. Evidence: "Veolia has launched a multi-energy cogeneration plant in Poznań, Poland. The two-phase project is expected to eliminate over 300,000 tons of coal use annually, leading to zero coal consumption." — https://www.veolia.com/en/our-media/press-releases/veolia-major-project-phase-out-coal-poland
