About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

RBC is investing $35 million over three years (2025-2027) to retrofit its Canadian branch network with energy-efficient, low-carbon heating and cooling systems such as heat pumps to replace aging HVAC equipment. The initiative targets 62% of its 1,200+ branches initially and aims to reduce onsite carbon emissions. This is part of RBC's broader goal to cut global operational emissions by 70% by 2025 versus 2018 baseline. Evidence: "A multi-million-dollar plan to retrofit RBC's Canadian 1,200 branch network aims to cut 10,000 tonnes of onsite carbon emissions from its operations." — https://www.rbc.com/newsroom/news/article.html?article=125925
