About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Installation of up to 32 small solar power plants (UFVs) with total 73 MW capacity at Sabesp operational sites in São Paulo state, primarily at wastewater treatment plants, to increase renewable energy share and energy efficiency. The project is part of a broader IDB Invest-financed Green Capex Facility supporting Sabesp's operations. Evidence: "up to 32 small solar power plants (“UFVs”) with power ratings below 5 MWp and a total of 73 MW of installed capacity, to be installed in areas of the state of São Paulo where Sabesp has operations... The UFVs will be able to supply approximately 60 percent of the power consumed at low voltage, or 4.5% of all electricity used at the Company, thereby curbing greenhouse gas emissions associated with use of electric power." — https://idbinvest.org/en/projects/sabesp-green-capex-facility
