About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Merck & Co., Inc. signed a 12-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) for 60 MW of wind power from Invenergy's Santa Rita East wind farm in Texas. The project adds renewable energy to the ERCOT grid and supports Merck's renewable electricity sourcing goals for Scope 2 emissions reduction. Evidence: "Merck (NYSE: MRK)... announced a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) that adds 60 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy to the electrical grid... The electricity will be generated from Invenergy’s Santa Rita East wind farm, located approximately 70 miles west of San Angelo, Texas." — https://invenergy.com/news/merck-advances-clean-energy-goals-with-invenergy
