Daio Paper, as representative operator with DBJ, was selected for the Ministry of the Environment model project to produce synthetic fuels (SAF, e-diesel) using green CO2 from its biomass boilers and green electricity (including local renewables) via Power-to-Liquid technology. Tech demonstration starts in 2025, targeting commercial plant in the 2030s.
