About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Cathay Pacific entered an agreement with Sinopec to supply and uplift sustainable aviation fuel blended with conventional jet fuel on flights departing Hong Kong International Airport. The first batch from Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company was uplifted in April, directly reducing the airline's Scope 1 jet fuel emissions. Evidence: "Cathay Pacific today announced it has entered into an agreement with China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) to refuel some of its flights departing from Hong Kong International Airport with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) produced and blended with conventional aviation fuel by Sinopec" — https://news.cathaypacific.com/cathay-pacific-and-sinopec-join-forces-in-a-sustainable-aviation-fuel-initiative-rrp7ac
