About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Southern Power acquired and developed the South Cheyenne Solar Facility in Wyoming, its 30th solar project and first in the state. The facility entered commercial operation in early 2024, adding to Southern Power's renewable generation portfolio owned and operated for wholesale energy supply. Evidence: "Southern Power announced the acquisition of its 30th solar project and first in the state of Wyoming — the South Cheyenne Solar Facility from Qcells USA in September 2023. The project, located in Wyoming, is expected to achieve commercial operation in the first quarter of 2024." — https://www.southernpowercompany.com/content/dam/southernpower/pdfs/fact-sheets/south_cheyenne_solar_facility_factsheet.pdf
