Equinix signed five new long-term PPAs in Spain totaling 225 MW of solar capacity. Once operational in 2025, the projects will generate power to match consumption at Equinix’s IBX data centers in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville, bringing total contracted PPA capacity to 595 MW globally.
