About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Sustainable Energy Centre is a commercial-scale demonstration facility in Wednesbury, UK, developed by KEW Technology Ltd., utilizing advanced gasification technology to convert non-recyclable waste and low-grade biomass into low-carbon gases, electricity, and fuels. It processes approximately 14,000 tonnes of mixed waste per year to generate 2 MW of electricity and diesel substitutes, supporting decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors. The project showcases efficient, modular waste-to-energy solutions as part of the transition to a circular economy.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
