About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Marfrig installed and operates a 1.8 MW wind turbine at its Frigorífico Tacuarembó meatpacking plant in Uruguay. The project generates renewable electricity for on-site consumption, replacing grid power and reducing Scope 2 emissions in the company's own operations. Evidence: "Tacuarembó Production Unit, in Uruguay, installed a wind generator to replace part of the thermoelectric power purchased from the public supply company." — https://www.marfrig.uy/en/Lists/CentralConteudo/Attachments/3/Sustainability%20Report%202017.pdf

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
