About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

In November 2023, Mitsubishi Estate concluded virtual PPAs with two power generation companies to procure environmental value from newly constructed solar power plants, ultimately aiming for around 4.4 MW (AC) in non-FIT non-fossil fuel certificates with additionality. A portion of this has been allocated to the company's head office (Otemachi Park Building) since March 2026 to support RE100 and Scope 2 emission reductions in urban operations. Evidence: "In November 2023, Mitsubishi Estate concluded virtual PPAs, schemes for trading the environmental value of renewable energy, with two power generation companies in order to accelerate the switch to renewable energy in urban centers where there is a large demand for power such as the Marunouchi area." — https://mec.disclosure.site/e/sustainability/activities/environment/climate-change/

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
