Travel + Leisure Co. (via Wyndham Destinations) has installed and operates multiple on-site solar projects at its managed resorts since 2015, including 17 projects producing 8,822 MWh annually as of the 2020-2021 report, financed via PPAs. This expanded further with plans announced in 2022 to double solar capacity and ongoing installations such as at Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket. These directly reduce Scope 1/2 emissions at company-owned or managed properties through renewable energy generation.
