About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

ZOZO, Inc. has introduced 100% renewable energy-derived electricity to its headquarters and multiple logistics centers (ZOZOBASE sites) starting in 2021, with a plan to achieve 100% effectively renewable energy across all sites by FY2025. This includes concluding a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) for environmental value from Japan's largest single-unit solar power project, adding additionality to their procurement. In FY2024, renewable energy use resulted in a CO₂ reduction of 13,559 tons, with renewable energy comprising 98.1% of total energy consumption.
