About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Adbri Project is the world’s first commercial-scale process for low emissions lime, utilizing LEILAC technology at the Kwinana site in Western Australia. It aims to produce 30,000 tonnes of lime annually using renewable power, provide flexible grid load balancing, and explore alternative energy sources like hydrogen. Captured CO2 will be supplied to the South West Hub Carbon Capture and Storage project, enabling zero emissions lime and reducing embodied emissions for industries such as alumina, nickel, rare-earth, and gold production.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
