About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
TAQA holds a 40% equity stake in the 2 GW Al Dhafra Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Producer project in Abu Dhabi, UAE, developed in consortium with Masdar, EDF Renewables, and JinkoPower. The plant is operational and supplies clean electricity under a PPA with EWEC, displacing fossil fuel generation in TAQA's power portfolio. It avoids over 2.4 million tonnes of CO2 annually. Evidence: "TAQA and Masdar – alongside partners EDF and JinkoPower – announced today the successful financial closing of the Al Dhafra Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Independent Power Producer (IPP) project." — https://masdar.ae/en/news/newsroom/taqa-and-masdarled-consortium-announce-financial-closing-for-the-worlds-largest-solar-power-plant
