About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Altalto is the UK's leading waste-to-sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) project, developing a commercial plant in Immingham to produce 30 million litres of SAF annually from 600,000 tonnes of residual waste using gasification and Fischer-Tropsch technology. The project, led by Velocys in partnership with British Airways, has secured UK government funding and is advancing toward construction with front-end engineering design planned for early 2026. It is expected to deliver over 100,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent savings per year compared to fossil jet fuel.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
