About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
The AmmPower Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Production Facility at the Port of South Louisiana is a proposed green energy project to produce up to 4,000 tonnes of green ammonia per day using electrolytic hydrogen derived from variable renewables. It aims to fuel over 4,500 oceangoing vessels annually with carbon-free ammonia and supply hydrogen-rich green ammonia for domestic and export markets. The initiative supports sustainable shipping and reduces reliance on fossil fuel-based ammonia production.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
