About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The ANRAV project is the first full-chain carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) initiative in Eastern Europe, based at the Devnya Cement plant in Bulgaria owned by Heidelberg Materials. It focuses on capturing approximately 800,000 tons of CO2 annually from cement production using chemical absorption technology, followed by transportation and permanent geological storage. The project aims to decarbonize the cement industry and serve as a flagship for regional CCUS deployment.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
