About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
CCEP Australia signed a 10-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with ENGIE to source renewable electricity and RECs from the Wellington North Solar Farm, enabling 100% renewable electricity across Australian operations one year ahead of the 2025 target. This includes prior investments in rooftop solar at production sites. The project supports Scope 2 emissions reduction in own operations. Evidence: "CCEP will meet its target to use 100% renewable electricity across its Australian operations by 1 January 2025, one year ahead of schedule. The achievement will be made possible thanks to the signing of a new Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) provided by global renewable energy player, ENGIE." — https://www.cocacolaep.com/news-and-stories/ccep-australia-to-achieve-100-renewable-electricity-ahead-of-target/
