About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

CF Industries' Donaldsonville project involves a 20 MW grid-connected alkaline water electrolyzer at its Donaldsonville Complex in Louisiana, United States, to produce 20,000 metric tons of green ammonia per year using renewable-powered electrolytic hydrogen integrated into existing ammonia synthesis. The initiative supports decarbonization of ammonia production by replacing fossil-based hydrogen. Installation was mechanically complete by the end of 2023, with start-up imminent in 2024 and the facility operational by 2026.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
