About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
WM owns and operates a $60 million RNG facility at its DeKalb Landfill near Chicago, Illinois, processing landfill gas into pipeline-quality RNG. The project supports WM's Scope 1 emissions reductions through on-site gas capture and conversion for beneficial use in its operations and value chain. Evidence: "The $60 million WM DeKalb RNG facility is expected to generate approximately 1 million MMBtu per year of RNG... This is WM’s third RNG facility in the State of Illinois." — https://americanbiogascouncil.org/wm-opens-60-million-renewable-natural-gas-facility-in-dekalb-illinois/
