About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

eBay signed a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Lightsource bp for a portion of the output from the 345 MWdc Oxbow Solar Farm (formerly Ventress) in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. The project supports eBay's 100% renewable electricity goal for its operations and data centers via bundled RECs. It was announced jointly with McDonald's in 2021 as part of efforts to decarbonize Scope 2 emissions. Evidence: "McDonald’s Corporation and eBay Inc. today announced agreements with Lightsource bp to purchase power from what will be Louisiana’s largest solar project, located 30 miles northwest of Baton Rouge in Pointe Coupee Parish." — https://lightsourcebp.com/us/news/mcdonalds-and-ebay-team-up-with-lightsource-bp-to-power-us-operations-with-solar/
