About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Eneus Energy Hammars Hill project is a green ammonia production facility located in Orkney, Scotland, developed in partnership with Hammars Hill Energy. It involves extending the existing Hammars Hill Wind Farm with two additional 4.2 MW wind turbines to power the production of 11 tons per day of green ammonia using electrolytic hydrogen derived from renewable electricity, water, and air. This zero-carbon process aims to support local decarbonization efforts, provide scalable renewable energy storage, and create employment opportunities in the region.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
