About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Air Liquide’s ENHANCE project in the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Belgium, involves retrofitting an existing steam methane reformer into an ammonia cracker and building a hydrogen liquefier using proprietary cryogenic technology. It produces gaseous and liquid low-carbon hydrogen from renewable ammonia, replacing natural gas and achieving 98% GHG emissions avoidance compared to the reference scenario. The project will reduce CO2 emissions by more than 300,000 metric tons annually and support decarbonization in industry and mobility sectors.<grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">35</argument></grok:render><grok:render type="render_inline_citation"><argument name="citation_id">0</argument></grok:render>
