About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
The Floating Sky project introduces the innovative FUSIO® Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) solution with a lightweight triangular honeycomb structure for a 12.2 MWp plant in Belgium, reducing CAPEX, enabling easy maintenance, and boosting efficiency via water cooling. It will generate 12 GWh/year, powering about 3,700 households, while avoiding over 20,000 tons of GHG emissions in its first 10 years compared to the European electricity mix. The project enhances biodiversity with bio huts and floating gardens, aligning with EU renewable energy goals.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
