About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Dow’s Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero expansion project aims to create the world’s first net-zero emissions integrated ethylene cracker and derivatives site with respect to Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The brownfield expansion and retrofit will decarbonize approximately 20 percent of Dow’s global ethylene capacity while increasing polyethylene supply by 15 percent, tripling the site’s ethylene and polyethylene capacity. It incorporates innovative carbon capture technologies, clean hydrogen use, and carbon sequestration to achieve net-zero operations.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
