About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Plagazi’s Gävle Circular Park (GCP) is a pilot plant pioneering circular hydrogen production by converting 22,000 tons of non-recyclable waste annually into up to 4,000 tons of sustainable hydrogen via plasma gasification, while capturing CO2 for a net-negative carbon footprint. The project avoids 463,740 tons of CO2e over its first ten years of operation, equivalent to approximately 46,374 tons per year. It supports Europe's Green Deal by reducing GHG emissions, fostering local jobs, and providing a scalable model for waste-to-energy transformation.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
